Contacted the HGC and was invited for a consultation with zain the following day.
The consultation was a clever method of just making me sign and pay a deposit of £1000 full of sales techniques.
After I had paid I have records showing 12 times I tried contacting HGC to no avail .
The advert I had seen said £2000 unlimited graphs I was then told no the maximum is 3000 graphs.
I only needed around 3000 so signed up when signing the paper Zain put 2400 graphs which I noticed and raised my concerns to which he said ok I will to 2600
On the day of the appointment I arrived slightly late and was met by Dr Rafiq who immediately took me into a room and proceeded to ask me to sign on a screen without showing what I was signing for (outrageous) I have everything recorded and happy to forward videos and recordings.
Dr Rafiq tried his upmost best to tell me you don't need to get all the area done and just do the front when I objected he said he would normally charge £3000 for what I wanted, I was disgusted to hear this as I had already agreed £2000.
I protested that I would have gone to Turkey and got the full job done for £1000.
As soon as this was mentioned he said let's get it done and took me into a theatre.
The smell in the theatre was unbearable and they sprayed something when I mentioned it, they had tried telling me it's the smell of the leather seat.
It was clearly the smell of someone's blood disgusting.
A chap called Aqeel trimmed my hair and when I said that make sure it's even as I won't have a haircut for a while I was told we are not barbers and it is what it is.

We're the technicians and all were compulsive liars and I told them each time I caught them out.
They would lie about absolutely everything but by this stage I was at their mercy and played the game to the best I could.
For some reason they struggled to numb my head for a long period the local anaesthesia would only last a few minutes in certain areas and obviously the pain of the surgery was unbearable but these guys continued. This was completely wrong and will be challenged through the legal system.
I have lots if pics and recordings.
Dr Rafiq does nothing apart from take your money the technicians whom all are from India do your hair transplant.
Not bothered if you wish to use these guys but that's my honest review.
The experience was so bad I've arranged another expert to check my procedure and prp to tell me if I received what I was promised.
I'm sure I haven't as I have noticed they missed all of the front which Dr rafiq had promised to do because I couldn't style my hair.
As i said I have all the call recordings and videos if anyone wants to see them email me.
I'm not a liar I will give proof for everything mentioned.
In a few days time I will put results from the independent doctors report, along with my number and email.
Having had the report i will also check and update the reviews.
I will post this on every review available for HGC.
