When you can come on to a forum and instead of asking questions you can answer questions. You know the procedure well enough along with how the industry works that you feel comfortable trying to explain something to someone else. This does not mean you are a candidate but it means you might know enough to make a better decision.

Do this for at least a minimum of one year where you are only explaining and answering questions for others before making a decision. It will help keep you safe and instead of just taking you are giving which is a good thing.

It's not enough to just know it. You have to be able to explain so that others understand. To put it into actual words written or verbal.

Just like anything else in life, one's vocation being a perfect example. When you are able to explain what you do and why you do it chances are very good that you excel at what you do. The same applies here. Learn enough to be able to explain it to others.

I agree, people need to educate themselves via lots of research before deciding what to do.
