If anyone out there is in there 20 ´s and suffers from hairloss can they post here to share how they cope with there hairloss and have made there mind up not to have an H.T and just live there life and be proud of who they are.

As i feel there should also on this forum be posters who can help others there own age to cope and come to terms with it rather than having surgery after all it is called Hairloss experience.

This would be great if some could share their story as a HT is not for everyone.

BHR Clinic Patient Advisor
Some people may find this a strange thread for me or BHR to write on, but we totally agree with Zion on this thread. It would be great if more younger guys especially were to be vocal.

We, and I am sure many good clinics turn away people on a regular basis but there are clinics who are happy to accept them.

No one and myself included takes away the feelings of losing hair at a young age, I was around 37 before I finally decided so it was emotive for me then and sure at early 20's the feelings must be even greater.

What is important here is understanding a hair transplant is not always the answer, even if well performed, there are so many factors to consider before taking the decision.

When I was purely a patient I had a different view, now being an advisor I see, and unfortunately, so many cases, maybe half of what we treat, victims of bad advice or poor judgment.

Zion I have met personally, a good man, had a poor hair transplant history to say the least, turn the clock back, fault, whatever, listen to his words and think hard.

Thought id give my 2 cents being 25..for me it wasnt an aption to accept the genitic hand i was dealt, made rushed stupid decisions going to advanced hair studio at 20 and dhi at 21 when when i was a norwood 0 i had zero recision but thinning had started in a norwood two fashion, its so important to be educated before you make your first move..in your 20's nearly everyone will be effected emotionally no matter who you are, example being wayne rooney,he was being called bobby charlton by his team mates and it got to him badly i read and he is a multi millionaire,he is living with it and i think it looks good buzzed to a one

I think in your 20's its such a nightmare and next to impossible to accept,in one's 30's 40's it would be easier,i dont ever expect to have a full head off hair in my forties and im perfectly happy knowing that.

Hi zionaxel,

Hair loss is an issue which many men of various ages experience. It is troublesome and embarrassing for those who go through it and finding a way to prevent hair loss is often on the minds of many. The good news is that there are ways to prevent hair loss, whether you are currently experiencing it or are worried about future thinning hair.

Also you need to increase the intake of Vitamins like Biotin, B12, B3, Vitamin C, E and A from food to avoid more hair loss. Visit Makeoverforfree for natural hair treatment tips to avoid hairloss.

I just had a look at a bunch of forums which i dont normally do i just check this one out but what i noticed was there are a lot of people posting who are less than 20 looking for some type of procedure to fix there hairloss. The responce by most posters is obviously wait a few yrs then get something done but not too many were telling them how to handle the situation now .

I dont mean about what meds to take or what Doctor to consult, there should be advice out there for young people how to cope.

People can be cruel and when you are young comments being made about your hairloss can be really hurtful. Which can lead out of desperation for you to make wrong decision ´s.But also if you do find out that your not the only one forums can help but again they can lead to false hope.

I think it is very important that clinics when advertising or consulting from the get go inform that everyone is different. Your results are your results, you really can not compare one head to another.

Personally i have seen both sides of this, if i had spoken with the guys at BHR 16, 17 years ago it would of been a life changing right experience. But as the guy from Kent would of only of been six at the time maybe not .

I know BHR would not take on anyone too young but would advice go home and really think about it. Which is what you should do.

Zionaxel,

I am sure there are many guys who have dealt with their hairloss and moved on to enjoy their lives which is what they would be doing enjoying their lives not spending time on forums anymore.

Unfortunately you see it all the time people use forums like these hopefully as a learning tool whether they do nothing and move on and try to forget about their hairloss or try propecia and move on or have a ht and when the results have grown in and they are happy they also leave. I agree it would be great if a few posters hung around to share their experiences for a longer and I wish that there was better advice and help for young guys suffering from hairloss I certainly could have used some advice back in the day.
