33 yo patient with a history of 2 previous strip procedures. He had quit finasteride reason why we advised to start again, 4 months before the procedure. We carried out a conservative approach, grafting hair in between hair: 2301 graft (4919 hairs; 2.13 hair per graft; hair thickness: 46 to 51 microns; 0.8 mm punch).
