Hair Transplant is the way to restore hair permanently to the scalp. In this procedure, the no. of hair grafts are transplanted to the bald area. These hair grafts are taken from the different parts of the body. But some people obviously think that if another person's organs can be transplanted then it is also possible to transplant someone else's hair. But, it is not possible to use another person's hair because every person's hair has their own features and are different. You can get the full details about it on my personal website.

Human skin is sensitive and particularly scalp where the hair follicles need to be transplanted should be handled with care. It should be noted that someone else’s hair follicles cannot be used for hair transplant surgery as this can lead to reaction or any side effect. Moreover, hair transplant failure can be experienced in such cases of using somebody else’s hair. If you want to explore compatibility and eligibility for hair transplant surgery, then, get in touch with DHI India, the leading hair transplant clinic.

That's not entirely true.

An identical twin can have hair transplanted from his other half without rejection or needing to take daily immunosuppressants.

An unlikely scenario for sure but it HAS been done

Apologies, yes, identical. I did have a quick search but couldn´t find any example, it would be interesting to see. What was said, besides outside influences that can affect hair growth, the genetics are going to be the same, so the same or very similar hair loss pattern. One twin is going to have to sacrifice a head of hair for the other.

I believe there are a few documented cases of identical twins donating hair to one another.
