Hi, I'm 25 years old and I've been taking Propecia for a year, would a hair transplant match me?

Has your crown improved while on Propecia?

It's too early for surgery, you can try meds and treatments first.
You may consider HT around age 30+.

no, i add a new photo..

im useing minoxidil and Propecia for a yaer, But the hairline doesn't look good.

Maybe a hair transplant with a high hairline could work well?
Not even close to be suitable for HT, too much natural hair, won't be ethical to accept you now.

I tend to agree with the coordinator. Has you hair loss stabilized under Propecia?

Your hairline looks ok as is. I understand you are concerned about the crown too which could be helped with a small surgery as your loss should have stabilised with the meds but if I were in your position I’d use hair fibres on the crown. A slight sprinkling will provide a very good effect for you. Waiting a few more years to see how the meds work. You may start to see improvements or you may try other meds to see what happens.

Definitely not suitable for hair transplant in crown.

1. How bald are people in your family (both sides)?
2. Do you have an abundant beard?

Meanwhile start Gene therapy for hairloss.
Consists of improving the epigenome, coupled with
- Microneedling using 1mm Dermaroller/dermapen (weekly once)
- Resveratrol-Grapeseed serum (daily application)
- Healthy supplements, as per your diet
Get biological age tested at start to monitor your progress. (we are currently offering free biological age test - whatsapp +919810178062 for details).

Medication will not work much on hairline ...bt your crown will get good results from medication if you respond well to the medication ..and as you taking since one year i hope your hair loss is stabilised ...you can even try prp sessions for your crown and mid scalp ....its still a young age for a surgery ....what about the family history of hairloss ?
And if you are too much concerned abt the loss thn you can consult a good surgeon and think abt it ...bt take your time and take decision wisely after consulting 2-3 good genuine doctors...
