Is my Finasteride dose working?

I'm currently around 18 post FUE Hair transplant and have been taking 1mg of finasteride 3 times a week for around 16 months. I still lose around 20-30 hairs daily. Does this mean my finasteride dose is not working? I have also read its completely normal to lose 50-100 hairs daily.

Can someone please advise?

It is normal to lose this amounts of hairs or more per day.
