Very nice result. The work is natural and obviously it flows well into native hair. Just can't help but feel that this result could have been achieved with less grafts considering the patient was a NW4? I would have to guess that the yield was not in the 90%.

Thats a lot of hair dense packed in that area.His result looks good with his transplanted hair density matching his native hair.What is the reason he had beard and bht hair as his donor looks very good.

It is alot of grafts, but if you take note of the light freckles on his forehead as a reference point, you can see he's lowered his hairline a long way.

Good eye lost youth. Certainly that would be a big factor.
