If he was showing signs of loss then fair enough, but people in general of Justins age and with no loss here in the UK would more than likely know nothing about Propecia.

The Canadian singer was surprised that the royal had not decided to undergo treatment to help restore his locks.
Bieber told Rollercoaster: "I mean, there are things to prevent that nowadays, like Propecia.
"I don't know why he doesn't just get those things, those products. You just take Propecia and your hair grows back. Have you not got it over here?"
