Apologies for the delayed reply I am on holiday.

It been just about 9 months now and honestly it looks great and has made a subtle difference but to me it’s been massive. You lot looking at photos probably might not see a difference but I do in everyday.

The only small issue I have which is mostly in my own head at this point is that the area that I was concerned about and wanted the touch up for was a small part at the front on my right side where the transplanted hair meets the native. As my forelock is strong and dense I can clearly tell where the transplant meets it as it’s only one pass so density can’t replicate.

When I went for the touch up Dr Bruno Pinto said he would add to that part but urged me not to as it made the hair look really natural with softer spots like this and I agreed but I am now thinking I should have said put a few in there. It would only take about 15-20 singles

I may still have that done at some point but it’s something I will pay him for as that’s only fair and will wait and see a while to see if there is anything else needs doing so hopefully that’s a while off yet

Sounds like it says a success but you as the patient have your own perception on what will make you satisfied. Having the few extra grafts could be you very satisfied and moving on.

Hi Kevboy apologies for the late reply I have been away a few times with the family.

I think my last reply might have confused things I am not going to have any more grafts I am very happy with how my hair looks now and I am so relieved it only take a few moments to style my hair now rather than half hour. Gives me a lot of extra time with my family which matters most

I just meant it’s still not 100% perfect but no transplant ever is. I know in the future I may require further surgeries and if I do I will then add a few grafts just the one small area at the front

It is only something that I can see when stood under really harsh lighting in a very specific way. To be fair giving how harsh some lighting is even someone who hasn’t had a hair transplant might look thinner under them.

I am very very happy with my results. Its would be impossible to get perfection with an imperfect solution which I knew going in that transplants are just an illusion. Some are better than others and I know I am in a great position

Here’s some photos of my hair dry, wet, styled and in front of windows. I do find because of the pale skin and dark brown hair the contrast doesn’t always help. It often looks really full when wet somehow but I think it looks great again and I tend on enjoying things.

Not having to worry about your hair is a great feeling. Im pleased you don't have to spend much time on it now and that it allows a better quality time with the family.
