Hi all,
So... rather naively at 21, I decided to get a hair transplant with KSL hair(now clinics). I guess at such a young age and a receding hairline, I hastily agreed to surgery with the first company who made me feel excited about a new hairline etc. Plus, Simon & Lloyd made me feel ten feet tall and as though in 12 months I would have perfect hair.
2 years on, and well... the results on my hairline aren`t too bad. I no longer get jokes and banter from people about it, however I use concealer on a daily basis and am just incredibly self conscious and paranoid about my hair, particular as there was 0 regrowrh in my crown and without the concealer.. I would get the jokes!
Firstly, I need to resolve my issue with KSL. They have said hey will do a free top up, however after reading on here, that is clearly a no brained to not agree to that. I need advice on a) getting a refund? B) best way to go about it? And then finally, c) the best place to go for a new hair transplant. I am not in a great financial position, especially not after KSL nightmare, but wish to proceed with a new transplant and get my confidence back.I spent £8000 on finance with KSL through Shawbrook which having read some precious posts I should be able to reclaim?
If anyone has any advice or tips on how best to tackle KSL & the best clinics / surgeons to Go to, that will be great.
