Baldasabadger10 - Yes the redness went within 7-10 days. You couldn't tell i'd had anything done.

Janna - no problem with the photos. I know how popular you guys are and thanks again for all your help and looking after me.

Bigmac - it's looking fine. Obviously I've lost my transplanted graft hairs now (which is always sad, but expected) so just the wait now for them to grow. Beard area - you couldn't tell anything has been done. I'll try and take a couple of quick photos this week sometime and post them.

Looks awesome dude. Thanks for sharing with us all. How did you find the beard area healed after the surgery in terms of speed etc and was it sore or anything and how long did the clinic advise before you could clean shave dude?

Hi bullitnut - The beard area healed really fast. I personally didn't feel much difference. The worse part for me was going home with my five day 'bordering on standard wino trim' look. I left it 3 days before gently trimming it down - just to avoid irritating the area. Then I left it another few days before shaving again - but that was just me being careful. I suspect you could shave quicker and it would just look like you had a bit of shaver rash.

Bigmac - thanks. Yes just the waiting game now. I've attached a few update pics just to show no marks re the beard donor area and I have a little folliculitis but all else feels good.

Looking good Baldspot. No one should be able to tell you`ve had anything done. As for the Folliculitis, are you applying a warm damp compress or just leaving them to go away on their own?
