Looking for a straightening treatment that shouldn't cause hair loss

Hi guys, I'm 6 months post-op (hair transplant), I still have a few more months to go before the final result, and the real challenge is about to start, now that I have won my battle against my receding hairline I want to end my eternal struggle against my fry, frizzy, nappy hair and achieve the look I've always desired.
But I'm very afraid of losing(actually losing, not breakage) my precious hair. I've read reports about the fantastic results people get from Brazilian blowouts, but some also mention hairloss as a side effect. I know for a fact that I will straighten my hair, what's my best option? cheers

I`ve never heard of Brazilian blowout but anything that has the potential to cause hair loss should be approached with caution. Your frizzy type hair looks fine to me.

I would suggest that you take a little more time to research the brazilian blowout and have your hairdresser walk you through the steps involved. I know a few people who the blowout has worked for, and they did not experience any signs of hair loss. However, I have heard of hair loss being a side effect, I just don't know anyone it has happened to.

From what I've seen it will make your hair look straight (which im assuming is what you want), if you are unsure about any side effects I think you should stick with your frizzy type hair because it lloks fine to me, like Bigmac pointed out up above.
