Looking for a VERY GOOD clinic for my case

Hello everyone,

I'm 39 years old and I've been losing my hair since I was about 23 years old.

It's been more than 10 years or even more I'm thinking about doing a transplant, in fact it was planned 4-5 years ago, but then I did not decide to do it as I had other things that came up I was busy with.

My hair situation is not looking good at all and it's really starting to bother me... At the moment I'm thinking that if I've been thinking about it for so long, it's high time do it.

Below a few pictures below to give you an idea of my hair situation. I'm a looking for a good to a very good clinic for my situation

Does not look too bad, I would suggest only doing the front part, I cant tell because of the blurry photo if you have some crown thinning aswell?

I see you are from Germany in your profile so I suggest to research Dr Lars Heitmann in Switzerland, Hattingen in Switzerland, and Dr Bijan Feriduni in Belgium. These are all pretty close to you and considered top options in Europe.

The crown very sadly took a slight hit. It has always been whirlwind shaped, but I had look with at the mirror holding a 2nd mirror in the back and it's definitely noticeable, at least for me. At this point I have no other choice but starting to take finasteride.

Do you have any other options to suggest besides clinics in Switzerland and Belgium? Living in Europe it's very easy to take a plane and plan a short stay anywhere. Any top options in Turkey or Tunisia?

My gutt feelings tell me the same to stay out of Turkey and go for a good to excellent doctor and just pay the price. I find it extremely hard to make a decision and find a suitable clinic for my case. For the record I attached a picture of the crown if you want to have a look.

I think your crown looks good, might be some small loss but not much.

This was my loss before my first transplant, we look pretty similiar. You will need about 2000-3000 grafts for the front I believe most Doctors will tell you.
