If this question has been asked or there is a thread about it please feel free to link me to that thread. I recently came across a video about the Mae Clinic on Harley Street in London, UK. Specifically this clinic spoke about specializing in Afro-hair. As having this sort of hair it peaked my interest. As such I waanted to inquire if people here have nay experience with the place or have heard anything about it?

I met Dr Eleojo Achimugu at a hair loss conference. She seemed very knowledgable.
I have not seen her results or spoken to patients so I’m not sure what her work looks like. You may want to ask her for some patient referrals to get a feel for her work.

My personal situation is beyond recovery. I tried going on finasteride and oral minox two years ago, but after using them for a year I stopped. I was getting some "restoration" but the physical side effects for said restoration were just not worth it. I stopped lying to myself about it thinking that I was fine and just stopped the medications and sit in limbo hoping some of the medications in trial become available and perform miracles.

This inquiry was for a younger sibling who lives in the area and is reaching that age where things are thinning out and he is starting to look at the possibilities.

I see. Has your sibling considered meds? In my opinion it is the best option if you start thinning when young. Everyone is different, your sibling may not suffer any sides. It is a small percentage that do get sides.
I have been using Finasteride for over 20 years now.
