As a 70 year old and under going 3 hair transplants before I was looking take my last shot at this. Many reputable clinics have refused me which are located in Istanbul. It was not a suprise to me as all they post on their pages are simple procedures for their marketing. I have made contact with Emir who is from Doctor Bircan's team on October 2021. after I saw that had many patiens who were Norwood 7 and achieved great results with high denisty including the crown. Thought they could help me as well. I had a video call with Doctor Gokhan Bircan after my inquiry. He said it will be hard but it is doable. I had my hopes up after that call and I knew he was a great professional as my collegue had his procodure with Doctor Bircan on September 2021.
I have travelled to Turkey on 5th of December and had the procedure on the 6th. As Doctor Bircan said before they have indeed extracted 3000 grafts from my donor area and additional 500 from my chest. An amazing medical team and customer service I should say as well. I was considering having an scalp micropigmentation for my donor as I thought after this procedure my hairs on the back of my head would not be enough for covering my FUT scars from previous hair transplants. Now at 6 months I even do not need that. I am also really happy with the results so far as it is far beyond my expectation. For additional support for my HT, I took vitamins including biotin and zinc only as Doctor recommended. I can recommend Doctor Bircan for anybody looking to have a HT in Turkey and below you can find my before and 6th month photo.
