MMA, boxing and FUE

hello I need some serious advice: How long after an FUE transplant (vertex + gulfs) can we do boxing sparring (without a helmet) and MMA / grappling (with ground rolls during warm-up)? The texts say one month, what about in practice for these two sports specifically with their particularities (skull blows in sparring, pressure on the head in grappling during warm-up)? Thank you for your precise answers.

What you need to consider is how your scalp heals. If you have redness/irritation I’d personally refrain from such activity.
If your scalp has healed well your grafts are secure and I doubt any harm will come to them but it’s best to check with the doctor who does your surgery to be sure.

I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and I left it 3 weeks before rolling. I healed fairly quickly, so felt fine sparring then.

Ask the doctor because related blows to the head might cause bruising and blood flow issues and you do not want to have something happen that might damage or stunt the new grafts.

While the texts may say that one month is the recommended recovery time after an FUE transplant for boxing and MMA, it's always best to consult with your doctor to ensure you're not putting your health or the results of your transplant at risk. It's understandable that you want to get back to your favorite sports as soon as possible. When it comes to boxing sparring, it's important to be extra cautious since skull blows can be quite dangerous, especially during the early stages of recovery.

It might be worth considering alternative workouts like shadow boxing or using the best inflatable punching bag for apartments to keep your skills sharp while minimizing the risk of injury.

12 weeks is the time frame I would say was safe to train.
