So I don't understand why we lose hair. It seems that it would be bad in the state of nature to be losing hair- you get sunburns in the summer and a cold head in the winter. It's also ugly. So how could such a negative trait have come to be so common? I've been thinking there must be some modern synthetic thing in the world now, that makes hair loss so common. Some chemical or something.
I bet direct exposure of chemicals to the head would be a huge part of it and so you'd either need a really good showerhead water filter or take baths in filtered water. In all my research I haven't found a shower filter that really removes anywhere near 100% of the toxins. So baths it is.
Also for your head, you'd need an organic, natural pillowcase - no chemicals in the cloth, and natural cloth material only (no polyester)
But that's probably not enough, so I think you'd need to
- filter your drinking water (from what ive read there's aluminum in the water, pesticides, and all kinds of stuff that cannot be good for you)
- only eat organic food (no pesticides or other chemicals)
- get organic bedding for the rest of your bed (no chemicals in it) - A lot of it is required to have flame retardant chemicals in it, which are bad for us. Wool is naturally flame resistant, and has no chemical issues.
There's other sources of chemical exposure too, and I wonder if you rooted them all out (like flame retardants in your furniture, pesticides in the dust in your house, etc) if some people would have their hair loss reverse?
