Hi Whayyawant, I had side profiles smp' d aswell but last year I had these removed from HIS clinic. They were gone in one sessionI have spoken to them again and they have assured me that this smp hair line can be removed with ease. But it costs about £200 a session and they are based in London 200 miles away from me ;;::::/ I will remove it once my new hair start to grow

Hi AllI must say time has flown by so quickly its already nearly 8 Months since my HT.I am happy with the results so far, seeing from where I was at the beginning to where the results is now.The only issue I am having is getting rid of that irritating tattoo (smp) I had done back in 2011. I have had 3 laser treatments already since October 2016 to remove only the front hair line. The tattoo has gone a lot lighter but has not totally disappeared. So I think may be 1-2 sessions should do it.I don't feel confident in taking my cap off because I have got 2 hair lines at the moment one from the smp tatoo & one from the Hair Transplant.
I have been in regular contact with Dr Spammer via SMS, I send him pictures every month & he is happy with the results to date.
I have been washing my hair twice a week with the Hair Power shampoo provided by Cosmedica.I have been taking the half of biotin tablet & a full Xpecia tablet & quarter of Finestride every other day.
Note, I have stopped the Finestride Since 20th December 2016. I am just scared of its side effects.
I have attached Pictures from October 2016 & 18the December 2016, some of the pictures are taken in a well lit room & some in a dim lit room. So that you can see the difference in the thickness of the hair.In dim lit rooms the hair looks thick & full, however in a bright/ well lit room hair does look thin (Thats my opinion, people may think different).
I know I will need a second HT, but I will wait for the full 12 months to be up, before I decide.

When I saw your 5 month after pictures I thought for moment, shit that hairline tattoo is not going away any time soon. But then your 7,5 months came and thank god, that looks so much better. Maybe you will need a few more laser treatments to have it totally gone.
Is that really from HIS hair clinic? The work looks extremely fake. Their youtube channel dont show these poor results.
Anyway, your hairtransplant is definitly a success. Looks like your donor has recovered nicely. You should go for another one! With 2 you will hit pass the threshold for when the hairline looks much more dense. Below that threshold and hairtransplants tend to look kind of harsch due to the thicker caliber of neck hair. You need to get over that "threshold" for an optimal result.

Thank you Jonzi, Yeah it was HIS works with the smp tattoo, doesn't matter now! I am nearly over it with one more laser treatment to remove it.
I will deffo have a second HT at the end of this year, hopefully the second HT will thicken up the frontal hair line & will cover the back as far as possible.

That's a great difference between 5 months and 7.5 months. Hope you can clear that final little bit of SMP and you'll be good to go.

Nice result.
A little concealor and keeping the back and sides short and you can pull off a reasonable looking hairstyle.
Shame about the SMP. Unless you have an appropriate skin tone and facial shape and a realistic hairline it never looks real.

Just read your story. The Smp did not work out too good for you, the hairline did not look real. Things are certainly moving in the right direction now, laser is working to remove the low hairline and good growth from your transplant. Soon you can move on from this.
