Need guidence for a proper solution

Hi Friends,

I need guidance from fellow members to decide on proper solution for my hair thinning problem and suggestion on the genuine clinic in the market who can restore the problem.

I have recently visited RICHFEEL and doctor suggested that I am having male pattern alopecia. I am at level IV as per balding pattern.

Further doctor suggested me to go for internal (2 drugs) and external (medicated shampoo + oil etc) initially for one year. The solution is costing 20k as per the offer going on in RICHFEEL.

Further they advised me to go for ANGRAM which is some patented technology wherein they inject some fruits stem cells into human scalp with the help of some special technology. They have got complete visio available for the clients for better understanding. Treatment cost 39k

At last I have to go for Hair transplant.

As per doctor the internal medication will prevent ill effect of male harmone on the hair fall / thinning. I am a bit confused before going for such medication. In fact I am not sure about the degrees of these so called TRICHOLOGIST sitting in these centers. Can someone advised me about the right clinic and solution for me...

Hi Rancho i have never heard of the clinic you mention but if you are serious about a transplant and the clinic recommended meds first then i would think about trying Finasteride/Propecia as a tablet, and Regaine/Rogaine as a topical medication for the scalp. I wouldn't be getting any medications for 20k though as thats just extortionate for a years supply and they can be supplied for a fraction of that price.

Finasteride can have side effects for some people so i would research on here a little first.......Maybe get some advice from Dr Arvinds clinic on here if you are based in India.

The only proven treatments for hairloss would cost you less than 200 english pounds for a years supply.
Steer clear of these people and as others have suggested look into Doctor Arvind.

Guessing he is referring to the costs in Indian rupees, it's like 60 rupees to one US dollar.
