Hello,
I'm new to this forum. 3 month ago I noticed that my hair is shedding. I'm considering having a FUE and I need to know who are the best surgeons for this transplantation.

Currently I'm doing a mesotherapy with mesoline and using Vichy's Neogenic.
I'll attach some pictures so you can see how my hair look like.

Hi and Welcome to the forum thanks for posting your picture , I have no idea how old you are but my first advice is to take it real slow and do some research , I would certainly have a look at the doctors section here and the medication section , although the 1st reaction is to have HT you need to see if you can stabilize any further loss possibly with hair loss medications its not for everyone but they do work , I would check your family history and see if their is a pattern with hair loss , get some consultations set up , I wish you all the very best having a HT will be one of the most important decisions of your life and you need to get it right am sure some of the other members will be on here to give some advice

Cheers

Hi Jammal,
It looks like you have diffuse thinning, as Dazzster suggests you should try the meds as you may be a good responder, re grow hair and not need a Ht, however your aim should be to retain your hair and if you do go down the Ht route you will be in a better position to have surgery.
There are lots of very good examples of FUE work posted by doctors and patients alike, have a few consultations to get the opinions of the clinics.
All the best,
Bm.

welcome to the forums, the three Rs, research, research, and research, don't panic, take your time educate yourself everything about fue, there is a lot of info,on this site, once you feel, comfortable, have consults with your top three docs and proceed from there.try meds if ur not on them, propecia and rogaine foam, when someone says fue doctor, the first one that comes to mind is dr.lorenzo, thats all I can think of now, good luck

Welcome Jammal, judging from this photo I wouldn't think you are a candidate for surgery, diffused thinning pattern on top, little space to place grafts and more likely to cause you some damage to the existing hairs. Judging from the photos you would be more suitable for medical treatment but you should have a consultation to have it looked to see how much miniaturisation you have and to discuss the best options for you. I am only seeing this from a single photo which is very limiting of course.
