Opinions on freelance hair transplant technicians

Having done further research, I’ve found that some clinics employ freelance hair transplant technicians, who move from clinic to clinic. I just wanted to get peoples opinions on this and whether you think this could be a detriment or not to the procedure, and what you think the pros and cons are to clinics employing freelance technicians?

A freelancer is a self employed tech who will work at various clinics. Like any profession, some will be better than others. What's important is they have a good resume with a proven track record of their work. Freelancers usually begin their careers as a full time employee, then for various reasons they go self employed.
Some clinics will hire the same techs all the time. The doctor should check and monitor the work for quality.
