Hi everyone,

I've been on finasteride for nearly ten years. It might have slowed things down, but sadly there's been no regrowth. I've yet to try minoxidil, although I think it might be too late in the day to do so now (also, I'm not sure that I can face the "dread shed.") Surgery is still an option, but I've yet to overcome my fear of donor scarring. So, frankly, I think I might be out of options. I was considering forking out for an expensive laser comb, but I have my doubts whether it'll really do anything (has anyone had any success?) I'm really not sure what to do. Any advice is most welcome. Thanks.

Yes it would be good if your share your pics that would be really good to know about the condition of your hair..

I'm not ready to share pictures. My hair basically looks like Tom Hanks in Forrest Gump.
