Hi folks , I've been lurking in this forum for the last year or so , my hair is thick at the crown but I'm not happy with my hairline, is there any other options to try before I go down the transplant road?

Finasteride and Minoxidil. Theres a lot of information about them on the forum or elsewhere on the web. Your hairline looks as though it has naturally receded in the temple corners. It’s unlikely you’ll gain any hair in those areas but the meds can prevent and slow down further loss.

You can try Finasteride to block the DHT hormone and Minoxidil for better blood stream, just notice if you're experiencing side effects.
