Pimples on Head and medications

I recently had a surgical hair transplant session, after 1 month now there are small pimples coming on transplanted area which sometimes become puss filled, i have been told by my doctor that they are normal and he gave me antibiotic. Now after using that for more then 12 days still pimples are popping and new appears. There is rediness on my head too and when they pop they bleed. I am tired on cleaning them again and again. If it is foliculaitus, what is the best medicine to treat it? i was given Biflocin 500mg 1+1 but no improvement. Can anyone help please? for reducing itching and rediness i have started using Steprox shampoo....
1) what medicine should i take?
2) which shampoo?
3) does pooping effect the underlying graft?

If it's folliculitis You could apply a warm compress to the affected spots 2-3 times a day if you can. Once you pop the whiteheads, apply an antibiotic ointment. It's best to get some antibiotics like you already have and you could try some Nizoral shampoo. I would go back to your doctor too as sometimes one course of antibiotics isn't enough.

They may change to tetracycline but it depends on many factors.

Your scalp has pores just like the rest of your body, so it's possible that the products she uses on her hair to style it or the shampoo itself (if overly moisturizing) combined with the oils that her scalp naturally makes causes the pimples more often for her. If she uses a lot products on her hair, she should use a clarifying shampoo. When using a conditioner, try not to put it directly on the scalp, just on the hair itself (not near the roots). If her scalp is overly oily, she should use a shampoo specifically for oily hair.

How did the Ht turn out sigtran.....good i hope dude
