Planning First FUE - Need Advice

Pro hair are charging 2400 euro for smp,thats more expensive than milena who has trained prohair how to do the smp.For a ht clinic who are new at smp they should be charging ALOT less than 2400.Dont even think about paying them that.

Do not get the permanent!!!!!

Living on brussels i would hold out til i have the money for bisanga personally.

Why dont you get the temp smp done while you are saving for fue,you are a diffuse thinner which is great because you will get the 3d effect with the smp.

Because I'm kinda running out of time for the 3D effect, Dr De Reys said that I currently have 10 hairs per cm ² on my diffuse NW5. I know it won't work because dermmatch barely does its job right now. So I'll have to go with a 2000 grafts FUE for the front half of my scalp first.

I don't know what other clinics do temporary SMP around Belgium... what's wrong with getting permanent SMP? I think that even the permanent is not really permanent, it still slowly fades with time.

Go to milan to beauty medical for temp the smp,milena is the one training prohair smg h&w etc..i read somewhere recently she is 2000 for full restorarion.

The permanent smp is dangerous imo..its FOR LIFE,no going back,no one knows what it will be like in 15yrs it might go blue or green,dont fuck around with stuff that is permanent.

The permanent stuff will fade but not completely so how can you touch it up?only add more smp beween existing dotts,eventually you will look like you have a painted head.

Anyway, I'll only do it in two years after the two FUE, I'll see what's best then. HIS Hair Clinic staff sometimes do touch ups and the patient don't look like he had his head painted .

I would only do it to be free of the hassle of having to apply dermmatch. Yeah between 40 ‚¬ a year and having to apply the dermmatch whenever I go out or 2400 ‚¬ for a SMP, let's say I'm pretty lazy .

Even then, I think the dermmatch or the SMP would only be an enhencement with 4000 grafts given the fact that I always keep my hair under 2 cm.

After touch ups every 5 yrs or so eventually the permanent smp will look like a painted head imo.

The temp smp will be natural,hassel free etc so its def worth the cost compared to dermatch

Thank you Ben. It's just that I'm not comfortable with the fact of paying 16000 ‚¬ (2x2000 grafs) for hair. I would "only" have to pay 10000 ‚¬ at the prohairclinic or Dr. Dereys and I don't think their recent results look bad . My friends already fell off their chair when I told them that a was going to pay that much money for roughly 10000 hairs lol.

I was wondering if having success in previous surgeries other than a hair transplant that went very well was a good sign before having a FUE.

I mean, I already had PRK surgery (myopia surgery) where they cut a part of your cornea, and gynecomastia (man boobs) surgery and my eyes and chest healed very well, there will be hardly any scar on my chest.

I'm still afraid that the grafts will not take or that I'll have massive shock loss, but I'm a pessimistic by nature . So is the fact that my previous surgeries went very well a good sign regarding a future hair transplant surgery?

I would go with the temp SMP over the HIShair clinic option if I was living where you do. Milena has shown some incredible results on here of late and with the temp you have other options down the line if you don't end up liking it.

Well, I have an appointment at the prohairclinic on January 28th so why not. But I still want to draw a solid hair line with a FUE before doing a temp SMP on top of it and I think your website tells us to go with the FUE before the SMP .

Changes of plans (?): maybe it would be more reasonable for me to go with a temporary SMP first? Based on my pictures, what do you think? Better idea?

I still have 10 hairs per cm ² for the 3D effect but it won't last forever, but I read that the temp SMP lasts 2 to 5 years so why not? I'm still under minoxidil, and I heard its benefits compared to placebo can last up to 15 years. Since I'm too young (23) for a FUE.

What do you think? Temp SMP first to buy time (and save some money)?

I cancelled in December so no I didn't get it.

For the moment, I'm trying to wait as long as I can before pulling the trigger. I'm not far from a slick NW5 but I can still manage to live well with the way I look.
