Here are a few pre-op instructions, however some doctors may vary so its best to check with them first.
Wear a shirt or clothing that buttons or zips down the front. Do not wear clothing that must be pulled over the head.
Bring in a loose fitting baseball cap to wear after surgery if you wish to conceal your hair transplant.
Don't take aspirin or any other meds that may thin your blood. Don't drink alcohol also, this is advised for at least 5 days prior to surgery although clinics may have different opinions. Try to stop smoking also.
For Strip (FUT) procedures, scalp laxity exercises twice a day for 2 months pre surgery will allow more donor without tension.
