hello, how long can I have red skin on the front and back? a month has passed I still have

Redness in the transplanted area can last 6 months for some people. Usually, it should clear within the first few months if your e susceptible to it.
How red are both areas?
Do you have some clear pictures showing the redness?
Are you using anything such as Aloe Vera to reduce the redness?

I dont use anything, only minoxidil and biotin, maybe i must ?

Redness at one month post op is quite normal. You could try Aloe Vera to see if it helps.
