Regarding hair pulling sensation after a surgery

Hello everyone

This is an update for a thread I posted a few months ago because I still need advice unfortunately

I had a hair transplant in 2021 with a doctor from Turkey. Since about 6 months ago, I've been experiencing strange sensations in my scalp, similar to the feeling when hair is pulled. The symptoms have evolved over time, starting with a burning sensation, then itchiness, and finally the hair-pulling feeling described is what remains

This sensation is all over my scalp including implanted and donor, but primarily in the implanted area is where it feels stronger

This sensation can change to the point where some days it fully disappears, but it is generally a 24/7 feeling since the moment I wake up until I go to bed for most days, impacting the quality of my life.
I am in desperate need of help, but I cannot visit my surgeon due to the distance, and local surgeons seem unwilling to help as they only seem interested in new patients

I am confused because it seemed that I had fully recovered, and I didn't experience any side effects post-surgery until now.

I need help desperately and unfortunately both a dermatologist and a neurologist couldn't find anything wrong with my scalp. The only option I have in this direction is to seek for second or third opinions from others

Perhaps with new symptoms you might be able to provide better insights based on your experience. Any advice or insights would help

Thank you in advance

It sounds similar to scarring alopecia or LPP. Maybe have a consult with a HT doctor.
