Shedding after using Minoxidil for 3 years

I am a bit worried,

I started using Minoxidil 3 years ago, it provided some great results in the first year and then maintained from there on after.

I use the Minoxidil 10% cream from the Belgravia hair centre London.

Recently I noticed my frontal area was looking thinner and I couldn't work out why. After applying Minoxidil tonight I looked at my hands and saw around 5 hairs on them

This can't be normal, is my body too used to the drug that it doesn't work anymore? Should I start using Fin as well?

I think you did that wrong to continure if for 3 years you should have to ased about it besfore using for so long from a physician ...

I used to see them every 3 months but I have not been for a while, I still purchase the minoxidil from them once I run out.
I called them and they said it might be seasonal shedding or I need a stronger minox

I've never come across Minoxidil cream before. Why did they start you on a strong 10%? considering everything you read says 5% with some starting as low as 2%?
I don't think 5 hairs is an indication that you're loosing more hair than normal, we all loose a certain amount every day during normal hair growth cycles.
