I think your best option is to put this down to a harsh lesson learnt and move forward to find a decent clinic who will repair you. The money you paid was minimal in terms of costs for a HT, again I’d write if off. The warranty certificate they issued you is worthless, nothing is guaranteed with surgery but you can lower any potential risks by choosing wisely.
