Minneapolis is a city in the state of Minnesota. Minnesota is known as Land of 10,000 lakes. We have lots of lakes and water sports. You may see a really big lake - Lake Superior due north about 2 1/2 hours from Minneapolis. Fishing and camping is real big here. And you can always see tons of fish houses on the frozen lakes in winter for ice fishing.
For those who have been to Stockholm or maybe other Scandinavian countries, Minnesota's terrain outside of the cities is much like it.
