From what I have seen online beard hair grows good in scar tissue. I thinks it is genetically stronger than scalp hair, more robust that helps it survive when moved to scar tissue.

My friend had a regular tattoo over scar tissue some years ago but the colour faded pretty much straight away. I remember him saying the tattoo artist said the scar tissue skin was too thin to hold the ink.

Was that tattoo over an FUT scar or scar on the body?
