Thank you for all your advice and help on here - really appreciate this and to BM
Just would like more advice as I am almost 10 weeks post surgery.
Over the past I have had some stalled implanted hairs that have not grown yet fallen out in 3's and general transplanted hair shedding - which was expected - feel free to see my 'Update - 5 weeks post surgery..!'
I Would like your advice - in the implanted zone I have very fine hairs along with thicker but tiny hairs stuck together which are most likely implanted hairs that have yet to fall out but I also have these very stiff hairs that I cannot seem to comb over - they are growing faster than my natural hair and yet still won't comb over even after washing hair - do any of you experience this.
I do not know if these are transplanted hairs that are just continuing to grow and have yet to fall out or what but it just looks a little untidy with some hairs 1 -2 inches in length that just grow straight up stalagmites, then tiny fine hairs of 2-5mm, then my natural hair and of course the stalled transplanted hairs that have not grown much and have yet to fall out.
I have used photoshop to circle them - You can see my natural hair and then the finer hairs which are stiff. Do you think these are new hairs? Will they fall out or loosen up and become less stiff' LOL. So if I wanted to do a specific parting or style I can do so with comb once I have hair to grow. ha!
I assume that the transplanted hair will grow at a different rate to your normal/natural hair? - How do you make it so that it's the same rate (when the new transplanted hair grows of course!) - I would look a bit strange with some hairs that are 1-2 inches in length and some that are just growing. or need to fall out. Did any of you shave your natural hair?
Would welcome your thoughts or views please?
