Good work. Trying to tattoo onto scar tissue can never give that perfect look.
But its a huge improvement and hopefully your patient is very pleased.
I'm seeing a lot of guys in their 30s with strip scars and shaven heads due to either a poorly executed HT or hair loss eating into the NW6-7 zones.
It really emphasises the benefits of FUE over Strip in younger patients. A lot of these patients were badly misled.

Hey Coopman,Thanks! It's important to make the client understand the limitations of SMP with scar work. The scar will always be there, what we can do with SMP is create an illusion that tricks the eye so it doesn't immediately jump at someone. They'd have to scrutinize the scalp for a bit. We also recommend doing a test patch first as scar tissue can be unpredictable with how the pigment takes and holds.
