Temples - hair angle and direction

Hi Guys, I have had 3 transplants, the first 2 went very well and I had the 3rd and final one 18months ago. I am not happy with the results but would appreciate opinions from others. My issue is the angle and direction of the hairs placed in the temple area, I am struggling to style my hair with the hairs in these areas going in a different direction to my original hairs and the hairs from the previous transplants. If I apply a load of product I can get the right side about right but this doesn’t last very long and it flops down. I have been back to the surgeon a couple of times but I told he will redo these areas but doesn’t know if the result will be any better.

So some reason on this final transplant I can run my hands through my hair and find the exact line of the new transplant. It seems to part from the rest of my hair.

This looks like its from how they were placed.

When your surgeon says redo them but might not be any better I think he means because normally to amend the angle you would need to punch them out and put them back in right but you wouldn't want to do that.

If you are able to get used to it I would do that but if you really want it changing then a couple of rows of singles placed properly in front might help. You have had three transplants though so don't waste any grafts you don't need.

Who was you surgeon and how many grafts have you had?

He said he would do it in 2 stages, remove them first and replace 4 months later with new grafts.

I’ve had 3000 grafts in total.

Doesn't look to bad but I can understand the frustration. I am also keen to know who was your surgeon? I would first try to consult a hairstylist and see what you could do naturally with a slightly different cut.
