Topical Finasteride 2.5%

Hi everyone,

Please could somebody explain what a 2.5% topical finasteride solution means? Does this mean there is 25mg per 100ml? Or 2.5mg per 100ml? Am trying to understand what solution/% would equate to the 1mg oral dose.
