This is the first time I have heard of them, looking at their website they offer a similar system to AHS.

You are aware that this is a hair system/wig which is glued to your head, you then need to make repeated visits for maintenance.

If I were you I would ask them if they have patients you can meet, then you can see how natural it looks and decide if its for you.

Hi Bigmac

Yes I'm aware. Just trying to figure out if its for me or not

I actually visited the salon where a guy who works for this company was having his changed (a guy called Phil). With my own eyes i saw it from star to finish

The guy had hair, next he's having it washed off, then a new hair system is fitted!! Was really quite amazing and I have to say it looked very convincing

I have been told by this company that on average a new system will last for an average 7 weeks but I'm sceptical and worried about this. If its less than this then it just makes the whole idea seem far less attractive not only due to the ongoing large costs but I'm sure I'll find it impractical having to go back to the salon for a solid 2 hours or so every month

It's so difficult. I want to take the plunge and move on from the nanogen fibres (that I've used for 10 yrs now) but super worried that it might not work out

Anyway I'm still researching. I'll keep you guys updated

Thanks

If you're using Nanogen you will still have hair there, I've seen many cases where a hair system kills those hairs off.

Have you tried meds or looked into a Ht, maybe post a picture on here showing your hair with your face blocked out.

I've been taking fin for some years but no joy unfortunately

Am just starting to think about an HT but don't have a clue where to start. So many people and so many places. A lot of these are unsuccessful too aren't they

See attached some pics. Been wearing the fibres for years which have been excellent to be fair. Problem is, the more time goes by, the more hair I'm losing - the fibres won't have any hair to attach soon enough!! Nightmare!

Also pic attached with fibres

Thanks

You must go through a lot of fibres, what area are you from? I would at least, get a consultation from a HT clinic and see what they say.

At least with with ever route I decid to go down, I'll save this cost

I live in Bromley, Kent and work in SW London. Do you have any suggestions at all? Also any ideas on how much it might cost?

You need to have a consultation with a few top clinics really to get an idea of grafts needed an the cost involved dude. I would start by browsing the results section on the forum and try to find someone with a similar hair loss pattern to yours. You could then set up an online consultation as most of the top clinics have Skype etc.

Thanks for posting your pictures, I agree with the other members start checking out the results and get some consultations , changing out a hair system every 6-7 weeks as you have put it seems the last option to me IMO, hope you find everything your looking for on the forum all the very best with your research

Cheers

I think visits to a hair system clinic every 1-2 months would be a pain, but it must take a while to apply that amount of fibres each day also,so i wouldnt rule it out.Try and speak to people who have had this done and more importantly who have been living with it for some time to see what they think.

As far as HT's go,id email BHR (brussels) or shapiro (US) with your pictures and get some advice.Im certainly no expert but id say you would need around 3500 grafts to give a similar kind of coverage that you have using fibres.

I did around 12 months research before choosing a HT clinic and the two i mentioned are the two i would trust my head with.
