Two Dr's Two costs: Need some opinions

Thought maybe I'd throw this out there for some feedback. I am very close to getting a HT done at H&W who told me they could bet hopefully get 4000+ grafts.
Then I looked at Dr Radha Rani who is becoming more and more recognized as a topHT doctor -even on some other forums. And though i am not making my decision based on price it has to be considered. H&W would be 18k, Dr Radha Rani charged $1 per graft, sosay $4k, plus trip to india 1.5k =5.5k
That's a 10k difference. It begs consideration. I know H&W is world class. I get it. And Iwish I could see more of Dr Rani's results. So chime in. Love to get some thoughts.

How many of this Doctors results have you seen, I've not heard of him at all but this dies not mean he is good. Maybe ask him if he has any patients from your area that you could talk to or possibly meet.
With Hasson or Wong you know their reputation and results.

Thank you for considering our clinic. As bigmac says reputation and experience make a huge factor when deciding on a surgeon and their team. I know for a fact that the other surgeon you mention will not have the track record that either Dr Hasson or Dr Wong will have with over 18 years experience each.
Cost is a factor for sure and if you are comparing two similar clinics and surgeons with proven track records then that could be taken as a deciding factor. Operating costs in B. C. will be one heck of a lot higher than in India and is part of the reason that the other doc can offer such low prices.
4500 grafts is working out at just under $18,000 US dollars including tax, 4000 grafts is going to be a little over $16,000.

Dr Demirsoy is 1 euro per graft and has cases online.
