Just wondered if anybody has seen the fueclinics.com website, the homepage is trying to mislead people into thinking that Wayne Rooney had his hair transplant done at the fue clinics!

Mr Jeremy Isherwood also appeared on The This Morning program this week to discuss Wayne Rooney's Hair Transplant: http://www.itv.com/daybreak/lifestyle/health/hair-transplants/

It seems bizarre that somebody with Mr Isherwood's background, ie the trail of unhappy patients that he has created, the fact he is a convicted fraudster, the fact he has no medical qualifications and his recent activity of employing struck off surgeons to perform Hair Transplants, would want the publicity ...... I for one would have thought he would be wanting to keep a low profile!!!

If this is true, surely Isherwood should be arrested for employing Desmond Greaves? aka Dr Jim Greaves, he must have known Greaves was struck off.

When I had my consultation with Jeremy Isherwood, he pretended to be a doctor, when i found out later he is not medically qualified I should have reported him to the police, he might be in prison now instead of robbing and disfiguring young lads, when I saw this clip of him talking to Dr Hilary i wanted to smash the TV screen! I hope this fat evil bastard dies in agony.;;::::/

Basically I am taking FUE Clinics to court because Jeremy Isherwood told me falsely that I would only need one FUE procedure to my temple areas to produce a result blending into my existing hairline with 350 grafts. He is now attempting to rely on paperwork which was given to me minutes before the procedure, months after the original agreement and after I was given a sedative which states that "most people will want more than one procedure" and he is further saying that he told me this at the consultation which is completely untrue. A Law Society approved Harley Street doctor has written a court report and opined that Jeremy Isherwood has been negligent as he rendered my treatment plan completely and a doctor should have done this, especially considering my young age age at the time (25).

I should hopefully succeed on the negligence claim alone however I want to make my case as "cast-iron" as possible and so I am now in the process of trying to ascertain statements to show that Jeremy Isherwood has previously exhibited dishonest behaviour.

Would you mind making a statement that I can use this in court proceedings to support my case? I would be so, so grateful.

It is disgusting that Jeremy Isherwood and the fueclinics are allowed to continually break all the legal requirements and worse still deliberately hoodwink patients, I have also suffered as a result of a Hair Transplant with fueclinics and totally agree that Jeremy Isherwood is a fat lying bastard that should be held accountable for the misery he is causing UK Hair Transplant patients.

Hi mjm, Do you mind me asking which surgeon did the transplant? Did he give you fue or strip surgery? If it was Dr James you should be aware his real identity was "Dr Jim Greaves" who was previously struck off by the GMC and not allowed to carry out medicine and Mr Isherwood and the fueclinics were fully aware of this!

I have done my own research on the internet on these sorts of forums and had a few replies and from what I have been told Mr Isherwood has had a string of convictions for serious fraud over the past 20 years but is allowed to continue because he himself is not registered with the GMC, even though he says he is at the consultations and pretends to be medically qualified, the guy is just a fat horrible conman and I hope he gets whats coming to him and has to answer to serious charges, he should be locked up for what he is doing to people.

The advice I have been given is that the fueclinics surgery is on the brink of administration so you really need to get in quick to stand any chance of getting any compensation as it is unlikely that he'll be around for much longer, no doubt he'll fold and reopen under a new guise, and whatever you do don't allow him to string you on like he is doing with other people, he is just trying to drag things out so that he won't have any liability once the fueclinics has gone under.

This is exactly the sort of underhand tactics that Mr Jeremy Isherwood has built the fueclinics on giving people a sedative before their consent forms, I really can't understand how he has managed to rip-off people for so long without having to face up to malpractice charges. Don't give up and make sure you persue it all the way through the courts.
