This picture shows the true result without concealers in it. Considering the extent of his baldness before I think it was worth it since the 3000 grafts which he probably had was spread over a large area. He could do with another HT to add more density.

He would have been better advised to lay off the concealer during the first few months. The press are generally clueless when it comes to hair transplants, and way too lazy to actually do any research, so they just report what they see i.e. Rooneys new hair is falling out !!

I think it looks good, considering his previous state.

Anyone with knowledge on HT`s knows what Rooneys hair will look like,this is quite a decent result and good to see without the concealers in.

After all,we use concealer sometimes to make it look better,its not Roonets fault the press take pictures at any opportunity and quote what they like.

Yea i saw that,his hair looked very dense but he is just normal like the rest of us and wanting his hair to look its best.

Been getting a lot of stick in the press the last few days but to be honest I don't know why as his hair looks fine to me. They should concentrate on football IMO

I dont understand why people think he should be sporting a full head of hair? He had a HT with quite advanced stage of hair loss....of course it wont look a full head of hair. I think hes got a good result all things considered. Also he had it in the front third mainly.
