Who here keeps their hair loss worries, hairloss research or their HT a secret

Something weird happened to me the other day and it got me thinking.I left my phone on the kitchen side whilst friends were over and as a joke one of my friends picked my phone up to post a wind up on Facebook. I caught him in time but he did say to me what's with all the hair transplant adverts on Facebook. He is balding so probably knows a little about Transplants.
Anyway this happened because when you Google things they tailor adverts on Facebook to your search patterns on Google.
Fortunately I wasn't caught out but it got me thinking. Has anyone else got called/caught out regarding their hair loss issues, their research or even their hair transplant. How did you react.
I know not everyone chooses to keep things to themselves but apart from my partner nobody else knows I've had a HT or that I'm a hair nerd lol. Got me thinking about everyone else on here.
I bet there's a few funny story's to tell.
I dI'd come close to telling a close friend once as he was having hair loss issues but never went through with it. Soon after we fell out and haven't spoken since so I'm glad I didn't.

Just to add I'm not ashamed of my HT or my decision to get one. I'm over the moon with my results I just find it difficult to talk about and prefer to keep it to myself that's all.

Funny thing happened the other day I was in a cafe down town and I overheard a conversation about Hair transplants by a couple a few tables away. The guy was confiding in his partner about wanting a HT. This was actually in a cafe in town I was shocked and if I'm honest I was dying to jump in the conversation but reluctantly stopped myself.
Couldn't believe just how open they were and that they didn't seem to care about being in a cafe were people could hear them......seems everyone's different lol.

It €™s the strange thing with the internet and usernames, it €™s easy to talk about it being Zionaxel on a forum but the real world it €™s kept hush hush . I never told anyone I made a mistake and had a hair transplant in my 20s to people I know .But I did on here to people I had never met before .
I hadn €™t looked at the forum for a couple of years as I didn €™t really want to address my problem. I think in the real world most of us wouldn €™t feel comfortable admitting to have a transplant or wanting one . But being the internet I €™m sure people will disagree ..

I tried keeping mine a secret. Unfortunately, due to the poor outcome, I had no way of keeping it a secret unless I avoided people which I did.
A few select people who are close to me know my story, otherwise, I don`t speak about it.
