Dear readers,
I apologize for the late reply. We have been very busy at Beauty Medicale because of all the training courses but I will do my best to answer all your questions from now on.
I read that you are interested in the composition of our pigment. First of all it is essential to know that our pigments do not contain forbidden substances listed in Directive 76/768/EEC, AnnexII, Annex IV, volumes 2 to 4 and they do not contain substances which are considered to be toxic, reprotoxic, cancerogenic or mutagenic.
The pigment is composed of a powder part (iron oxide, titanium bioxide) and a liquid part (water, alcohol, isopropyl and soy glycerine). All these particles are characterized by different colors and shapes. The aim is to allow our immune system to absorb them and this is why they need to be micronized, filtered and encapsuled, resulting in small particles (15 micron). It is essential to know that the macrophages dimention is 20 micron. This way the particles can be absorbed by our immune system, through a phagocytosis process, and the pigment disappears within maximum 2 years.
The Tricopigmentation machine we use at Beauty Medical was developed thanks to the help of a German engineer. It is very rigid and is able to give the operator a precise result. It is necessary to use a one tip needle whose characteristics, above all the fact that the top of the needle is smooth and the rest is rough and irregular, allow the operator to release always the same amount of pigment in the derma, thus creating perfect dots.
You may be interested in the reason why a patient shouldn t opt for permanent tricopigmentation. First of all our facial features change as time passes. Temporary Tricopigmentation allows patients to correct and modify all the details according to their variable taste. Secondly, we are convinced that it is impossible for the pigment to remain completely stable and unchanged over the years. We have run many tests and they all showed the same result: pigments change. Furthermore, the scalp skin is completely different from the skin on the rest of our body because of the massive presence of sebaceous glands which can modify the pigment. Because of these reasons we think that temporary Tricopigmentation is the best solution.
Finally, as Dr. Poswal perfectly explained, it is useful to be aware of the fact that different patients can undergo Tricopigmentation (Patients with any kind of alopecia, men and women with hair thinning whose aim is to obtain more density on the scalp, patients who want to improve the result of a hair transplant). Consultation is essential because the operator can understand what the patient's desire is and whether he/she can achieve that result.
Feel free to ask for futher information.
Best Regards.
