Using SMP on any scarring is more problematic than on virgin skin; pigmentation can take differently, it can require more time to build up the tone with more sessions required. It can ´t be promised that it will totally camouflage the cobblestoning, or strip scar, or FUE scarring, but it can help to reduce the look, and for some make it very hard to see unless on very close inspected.
An idea could be for that person to try Fraxel first, see how well they react, and then use SMP to enhance the look further.
