While this patient had above average donor laxity and density, his hair to graft ratio was not as good. However, he still loves the transformation.

Now this is a Worldy at 6 months in ,no wonder he still loves his transformation so far thats rich, their is a lot more to come as well looks so natural and frames his face perfectly really pleased for him

Is it just me or...(??)
Before = A lot of light present.
6 months after = Not as much light hitting the scalp.

Now don't get me wrong, SM is one of the best out there, but I don't like when before-afters differs in light levels this much.

If you look at the first before and after picture dude it's the opposite way round....it's hard to duplicate the exact lighting when pictures are taken on different days and at different times of the day thats all dude.
