FKS Clinic London

I'm from Birmingham and I could not find a decent clinic in the Midlands. I had extensive hair loss and I ended up using the FKS clinic in London. The whole process was professional and went smoothly. I had approximately 4500 grafts as part of my hair transplant and it only cost £3500 which is a bargain in London. It's been 12 days and my hair already looks great. Have a look at my before and after photos. The 'after' photo was taken 10 days after the transplant.

Congrats on your surgery. Who was the doctor? Do you have a picture showing your donor area?

The surgery was done by 2 Turkish women, I didn't get their names. The incisions were made by Dr Kuddusi Onay. The donor area before the surgery is in the following photo. I have also included a photo which was taken immediately after the surgery.

The 2 women doing the surgery seemed competent. One of them had over 10 years of experience.

I was happy with the surgery, it wasn't very painful. Lunch was provided and post op medication and foam/shampoo was also provided.

One very large area to cover. It will be interesting to see how this grows. I imagine you have some donor in the bank remaining for another one if needed...

Yes I have provisionally agreed a potential second transplant around Christmas time (or later) for a discounted price of £2500.

Thanks for confirming. Now it is the waiting game for that growth to happen. I look forward to following your progress.

It's been a few months now (I had the surgery on 3rd February 2026). Thankfully I did not go through the 'shock loss' or shedding stage. However, recently I have lost a small amount of hair at the front and also some of the transplanted hair is thin. Could the small loss be due to my use of Minoxidil since February? Also will the thin hair get thicker in the coming months given that it has only been 4 1/2:months since surgery? I have also been using Finasteride and Biotin 5000 mcg supplements daily. I am very happy with the results so far
