Post op healing looks great. I’d guess there’s not much sign of surgery right now.
Healed very nicely I guess i was one off the lucky ones because it never got itchy or any soreness

Hi. I've just been on his website. Are you able to dm me with the price please? Many thanks

Hi

Dr Gur has 2 options. The Standard package is up to 4,000 grafts and is a set fee of £2,750 I believe (increased by 10% very recently) and this includes all accommodation and transfers, you pay only for the flight (and travel to the airport in your country). The VIP Package was €1.25 per graft, I’m not sure if it has increased too though? I think €2,750 is the minimum charged under this package. On top of this, for the VIP package only, there is an additional (about) €300 charge for accommodation, transfers etc. The difference between the packages is that Dr Gur does the extractions in the VIP Package, whereas technicians do it in the Standard Package. Also, depending on how many grafts, the VIP Package might be over two days not one, due to the reliance on Dr Gur doing all the extraction.

Sorry that first figure should be €2,750 (Euros not Pounds)

One month in from transplant not a lot going on shed pretty much all of the implanted hair.

I never seemed to experience any itching or soreness in the donor area or implanted area which is lucky.

I've pretty much chosen to forget about it for now and just let the time pass without worrying or constantly assessing it as it will come when it's ready.

Hair is wet in the pictures and taken under harsh lighting.

Healed nicely doesn't look any redness. Your orignal hairline is already decent so the growing back phase should be easy for you l. Doner looks great

Sorry to hear that man. I'm 30+ days post opp first time and don't really know what to expect yet, obviously hoping for the best but I get your point. Its a long waiting game to see the result

You have a very valid point something I learnt during research is its very subjective for whats considered a good and bad result.

When deciding to go on this journey I reminded myself it will never look perfect to yourself as it will only be an illusion of density but to the stranger passing by it could look great we as humans become our worst critics.

I heard someone sum it up really well - even with a technically good result, we’ll get more than we expected but less than we hoped for.

Hair loss is such an emotive subject and a very personal journey for everyone. We’ll always see that marginally thinner area, or wish it was a few mm lower.

If we can appreciate where we came from and the general improvement in aesthetic, and accept it’ll never be perfect, then I think we’d have done very well.

Just looked properly at my hair for the first time in a couple of weeks and growth is defintley starting to sprout which is a positive also had a few pimples last week too.

Will update with pictures in a couple off weeks when it's easier to capture on camera.

3 Month update new hair is starting to come in slowly but seems thin and light currently hopefully new growth and the hairs to thicken up is to follow in the coming months.

I was one of the unlucky ones who shed pretty much everything

I had a hair to graft ratio of 2.33 so fingers crossed this will help with the density.

Let's hope for more progress soon.

Your donor looks very good. 3 months is just the very beginning of the growth for you. Most people shed all the transplanted hair in the first few weeks. You might see some great growth in the next few months.
All the best.
