Have you consulted with them? What’s your current hair loss situation?
I`m not sure but I don’t think they list a doctor on their website but they are certainly splashing the advertising cash by advertising at Everton football club.

I’ve just got a transplant done there last week. Cheap, and fairly good service.

During peak season, they do 21 transplants a day; so it’s a busy clinic and at times, and there’s pros and cons to this. I did wonder, given the size of the organisation would their quality control suffer, and how long have these two early 20 year old ‘technicians’ been in their role, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Major cons: one of their staff members asked for tips. I appreciate that inflation is an enormous issue over there, but this didn’t feel right (I tipped him by the way). And they promote their anaesthesia to be completely pain and needle free. Well, that couldn’t be further from the truth; however you don’t know this until you’re faced down in a chair with nowhere to run!

Also, they didn’t tell me that my donor area wasn’t great in terms of quality (dual-thin) until after the surgery. To me, I would have expected that all this discussed in the consultation, as they advertise all over their social platforms that they have the best technology to analyse your graft area pre surgery. However they clearly new that mine wasn’t great and decided to leave the devices - and potentially bad news - alone. Ironically, I would have got the transplant if they would have shared this information with me; but I guess some won’t.

Just stinks of profit over patient care.

I suspect the experience there will be the same as described above - a hair mill where many patients are operated on simultaneously.

Any chance you could document your journey?
