I'm a bit confused by this! The results at 12 months look good. Hair transplants are not perfect and will never give us back what we once had, but with good styling at a 'sweet spot' length they can look good, but we can also make them look bad quite easily, because the density will never be pre-hair loss. I agree with @Bigmac - it's important to present all of the facts.

Also, I hope that you get the results that you want with your second transplant.

I am also struggling to understand what happened. The first pictures you posted look great (result after 12 month). I reckon this is from your second non-Hair dr surgery?

During my review THEY ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE GOOD REVIEWS!! As I had put complaints on here also. My my existing hair was covering up the work that had done!!
Like I’ve said, you pay for results which I haven’t received. The photos I’ve sent the clinic complaining, obviously they wouldn’t put on their website would that. They’ve basically said it’s not their fault. During any review All they many saying was it was looking good. Cause hey would they say otherwise. You can basically count the hairs on my hairline it’s that bad

I must admit you did a pretty good job styling it so that your native hair covers up their poor work, it looks great, on the pictures at least...

Yeah, I done this to try an make my self happy with it. But ultimately I’ve paid 6000 for shocking results. If you look throughout this forum you will see many people complaining about Dr Arshad work.

Thanks for clarifying @D18 - I guess in the pre-transplant pictures your hair was very short, so by growing it out your native hair it would look better.

Were you happy with your hair at the time you were asked to leave a good review?

I do feel for you though, and really hope your second HT improves your hair.

No I wasn’t, that’s why I had the review. All they said was good density repeatedly.
I’ve emailed and text them multiple times again just to be ignored. People need to stay away from this place. I’ve had mates go to Turkey and get amazing results.

Perhaps @Bigmac could help with clinic contact. Adam from the HairDr posted on the other thread but it seems like there is a disconnect.

I'm surprised you needed over 2000 grafts to correct your hairline (you'd said your second surgery was cheaper yet had more grafts), but hope it brings the density you are looking for.

You must be at a month or more post surgery now? Hopefully your through the first weeks and your donor is recovering.

Yeah they basically posted cause I let a review on trust pilot. Like I said, they took their money and ran basically.
I knew a needed 2000 grafts but they didn’t even put them where I asked. I wanted temples and crown and they just done the front, and went over my existing hair.
Then send I’d have to pay another 1500 for the crown. Honestly the place is a joke

Ah ok. So with your 2nd surgery (taking it to 4k ish grafts) did they cover the crown as well as increasing density at the front?

I got 3000 this time. Had to get the front re done and how crown done

No I don’t think it has got any worse, i just know my hair transplant isn’t no where near what you see on the website. You can literally count the hairs on my hairline. Absolutely horrendous work!
Meds, fin. Minoxidil, bunch of vitamins

Your 12 months post op pictures look more dense than these 2 year buzzed pictures. Were the buzzed pictures taken by the second clinic?
