Hi everyone I had a hairline restoration done with 2158 grafts through FUE 6 months ago. Wanted to know everyone's opinion on the progress and overall look. I'm 32.

I had a U-shaped recession near the front which was filled up and a little density added to the rest of the scalp and crown (not much maybe 70-100 grafts or so.)

I've been using topical min+fin for the first time in my life post 1 month of the procedure, 1ml every evening. I'm satisfied with the results so far, hair fall has reduced and also liking the thickness of my hair.

A bit concerned about the recent appearance of bumps in the recipient area as I didn't have any noticeable bumps after the first few months of the transplant. I've had a lot of new hair growth over the last month and it seems to be an inflammation of the follicles (folliculitis), as opposed to outright tenting/cobblestoning. Will this go away over time?

Please look at the photos and share your opinions.

Here are some photos of my hairline prior to the procedure, one right after surgery and one 2 days later.

Hi and welcome.
This could be tenting. It looks worse with your hair pulled back tightly. Most people looking at you probably won’t notice it.
You have multi grafts placed in your hairline. They aren’t that prominent and again, I doubt most people will notice. What has your clinic said?

Hi thanks for sharing your opinion. The inflammation in my scalp has come about quite recently, but has somewhat settled over the last few days since I originally posted my thread. The doctor has asked me wait and see and they will make a decision on what to do after a few months. I notice these spots only with my hair pulled back tightly, or if bright light shines at them at a specific angle.

Regarding the multi-grafts, he has said they will remove them and soften the hairline with singles from around my ear but only after a year or so of the procedure. I'm planning to get the hairline softened and improved later for sure as I feel it looks a bit "stiff".

You should ask why they placed multi grafts in your hairline. They should be able to remove them.

Hey what's up. It's been over a year now. Any changes? How's it gone?
